- Writes: completed workouts (including GPS routes), calories, weight entries
- Apple Watch workouts are automatically detected and merged with ALIGNMENT sessions
03How does AI food logging work?
ALIGNMENT offers three AI-powered ways to log food:
- Photo recognition — snap a photo and AI identifies items with calorie and macro estimates
- Recipe scan — photograph a recipe page for per-serving nutrition
- Text description — describe your meal in words and AI parses it into individual items
All AI results include confidence indicators, are fully editable, and cross-referenced for accuracy.
