01What if Bitcoin's price drops after I pay?
It doesn't affect your subscription. You're paying a fixed USD amount in BTC at the rate quoted on the invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the subscription is locked in regardless of price movement.
02What happens when my subscription expires?
Bitcoin subscriptions don't auto-renew. We send you a reminder email 5 days before expiry and another 1 day before. To extend, just pay another invoice — you'll keep the same Premium tier with no interruption.
03Can I get a refund?
Yes — refund requests within 7 days of payment are issued in full, in sats, to a Lightning invoice you provide. See our Refund Policy for details.
04Is this safe? Are you a regulated payment processor?
We use the Lightning Network — standard, mature Bitcoin infrastructure used by major payment apps and exchanges worldwide. Our checkout is built on the Breez SDK, an open-source Lightning toolkit. We don't hold your funds; payment moves directly from your wallet to ours and settles in seconds.
05Why isn't this an option inside the iOS app?
App Store rules don't allow apps to point users to alternative payment methods inside the app. That's a rule we follow. The web is where Bitcoin checkout lives — same account, same Premium, different door.
